medical clearance

A medical clearance may be required if you have any of the following medical conditions:

1. Pregnancy
2. Uncontrolled High blood pressure (BP>160/100)
3. Acute or recent myocardial infarction
4. Unstable Angina pectoris
5. Arrhythmia
6. Symptomatic cardiovascular disease
7. Diabetes
8. Cardiac pacemaker
9. Peripheral arterial occlusive disease
10. Asthma (Severe)
11. Venous thrombosis
12. Acute or recent cerebrovascular accident
13. Uncontrolled seizures
14. Raynaud’s syndrome
15. Fever
16. Tumour disease
17. Symptomatic lung disorders
18. Bleeding disorders
19. Severe anaemia
20. Skin infections
21. Claustrophobia
22. Cold allergies
23. Immunosuppression
24. Acute kidney and urinary tract diseases
25. Consumption of drugs or alcohol prior to treatment

And any other conditions which may be exacerbated by exposure to severe cold. If you are uncertain, ensure you contact a physician before undertaking the treatment.
